Dr. Luci Pangrazio is Research Fellow at the Centre for Research for Educational Impact (REDI) at Deakin University, Melbourne. She writes and researches young people’s use of digital media, with a particular focus on how and where they develop critical understandings. Luci’s PhD thesis entitled Becoming Digital: An exploration of digital media in young people’s lives explored how digital media use influences young people’s capacity to form and present identities, communicate with others and participate in society.
Her research interests include digital literacies, data literacies, young people’s digital worlds, software studies, platform studies, and creative and critical research methods
