ICSNeil Selwyn has a new paper – co-authored with Patrick White from the University of Leicester – in the February 2013 issue of ‘Information, Communication & Society’. The paper examines patterns of internet use throughout the 2000s – using longitudinal data from 47,000 adults in the UK. Multivariate analysis of these data highlights the persistance of a number of ‘digital divides’, despite the rising levels of internet access and use.
