Neil Selwyn, Luci Pangrazio and Bronwyn Cumbo have another article published from their ARC-funded DP research project on schools and datafication. The article – “Knowing the (datafied) student: the production of the student subject through school data” appears in the British Journal of Educational Studies, and explores how schools frame what can (and cannot) be ‘known’ about students through the data that is processed and produced through institutional digital systems and technologies.
