Shu is currently a Lecturer at Australian Catholic University. She was previously an Adjunct Research Fellow and a Lecturer in the Faculty of Education at Monash University. Shu has also worked as a researcher at Monash University and National Cheng Kung University (Taiwan). Shu’s expertise lies in the field of ICT education, females in STEM, gender and cross-cultural studies. Shu has taught in educational technology, instructional design and educational psychology at Monash. Shu is also a skilled research fellow, having worked on funded research projects from the Spencer Foundation and the Australian Government Office for Learning and Teaching. Shu’s current research focus is ethics in pre-service teacher education.
Shu is also passionate about how digital technologies can be better utilised in classrooms and also in higher education settings to enhance teaching and learning.
