discourse_book_coverIlana Snyder and Neil Selwyn both have chapters in a forthcoming Routledge book – ‘Discourse and Digital Practices: Doing discourse analysis in the digital age‘. This collection focuses on how discourse analysis can be used to help us understand digital practices – from Flickr to Trip Advisor, digital gaming to self quantification. Ilana’s chapter focuses on ‘Discourses of ‘Curation’ in Digital Times’, and Neil’s is titled ‘The Discursive Construction of Education in the Digital Age’.

The book will be published in March 2015 (pre-order here), and features contributions from James Gee, David Barton, Jackie Marsh, Victoria Carrington and Rodney Jones.
