We are seeking applications from potential PhD students who are interested in the implementation of ‘Maker’ technologies in high school settings. Monash Faculty of Education is offering a scholarship of AU$40,000 p.a. for 3 years (2017-2019) for an outstanding applicant who wants to focus their doctoral research on the area of Maker technology and schools. The successful application will be able to develop the finer details of their research with their supervisors (Selwyn & Henderson). However, it is expected that the PhD will fit within the broad aims of the LNM group’s ongoing ‘Making Schools’ program of research.
